Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

I retain rights to post the commission on any and all of my social media and websites.
If you would like me to wait to post the commission on my sites please let me know (in case of presents or surprises), and I'll wait for the date/time you specify!

If you wish to remain anonymous on my sites, let me know and I won't add your name to the caption when I post the commission!

I will provide WIPs for you to review the process of the commission. If you notice something off, no matter how small, please bring it up and I'll fix it!
Alterations made after approval of color will cost an extra 15% (of base price) per alteration.

In the case of linework commissions, alterations will be an extra 15% (of base price) after the sketch has been approved.

If the alteration is extensive, I can raise the price of fixing it to reflect that (though I doubt something like this will reasonably happen).
No alterations are allowed after I've finished the commission.

If you would like me to add a background or props to the commissioned piece, we can work out the additional costs based on complexity. I will be as reasonable as I can with these, but please keep in mind that drawing shit is hard lol.
It's mentioned in my "Will's and Won'ts" section, but certain types of characters (like mechs) will also incur an upcharge if the design contains a level of complexity beyond a certain threshold. I will always let you know if this is the case before the commission is accepted so you can consider the additional charges before moving forward :)

I do commissions in the order I receive them.
I won't work with strict deadlines to preserve the quality of my work. Rushing lowers the quality, and I want to provide the best I can for my commissioners! That being said, I'm incredibly unemployed right now, so commissions will likely be done quick.

You can re-post the commission as long as you give proper credit to me and link my social media!

I request payment upfront to avoid scamming.
I accept payment through PayPal or Venmo in USD.
Finished commissions will be sent as .png files, but I will also send in other formats if the commissioner requests it and the format is available to me.

You will receive a full refund if I haven't started the work or I decide to decline your commission.
You will receive a partial refund during the sketch stage.
You will not receive a refund if I've reached linework or onward.
Refunds aren't available for sketch commissions unless I haven't started.
I will return money through the medium in which it was payed to me.

I retain the right to refuse a commission for any reason at all.
If your commission request falls under the "Won't Draw" section of my "Will's and Wont's," I won't accept the commission.
If you harass me at any point I will stop the commission and refund your money based on my refund policy.

If you have any questions regarding my commissions that I haven't mentioned here, go ahead and ask! I'm a pretty chill person, and I'm sure we can figure something out! Please remain respectful so we can come to a good conclusion sooner :)
